User-Generated Content

You are responsible for the content you create and share using our application. We do not use any user-generated content for commercial or analytics use and we don't share user-created content with any third party. However, please note that any content shared through our application, including shared links or QR codes, is accessible to others who have access to them. It is your responsibility to exercise caution when sharing content, as this app does not block access to shared content.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Sharing content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive, including hate speech or violence
• Impersonating any person or entity, including public figures or company representatives
• Interfering with our application's security or integrity, including breaching security measures
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative activities, including phishing or scams
• Using our application for illegal or unauthorized purposes, including violating applicable laws
• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue or negatively affecting other users' experiences

Payment Processing

Notwithstanding any amounts owed to FLIPPOS, FLIPPOS DOES NOT DIRECTLY PROCESS PAYMENT FOR ANY SERVICES. To facilitate payment for the Service via bank account, credit card, or debit card, we use Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates (“Stripe”), a third-party payment processor.

These payment processing services are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe terms and conditions and other policies available at  https://stripe.com/legal and Stripe's Global Privacy Policy available at:  https://stripe.com/privacy (collectively, the "Stripe Agreements").

By agreeing to these Terms, users that use the payment functions of the Service also agree to be bound by the Stripe Agreements, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. You hereby authorize Stripe to store and continue billing your specified payment method even after such payment method has expired, to avoid interruptions in payment for your use of the Service.

Please contact Stripe for more information. FLIPPOS assumes no liability or responsibility for any payments you make through the Service.

Feedback

We respect and appreciate the thoughts and comments from our users. If you choose to provide input and suggestions regarding existing functionalities, problems with or proposed modifications or improvements to the Service (“Feedback”), then you hereby grant FLIPPOS an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free right and license to exploit the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose, including to improve the Service and create other products and services.

For this app, the primary means of providing feedback is through the "Share Your Ideas" feature. We will have no obligation to provide you with attribution for any Feedback you provide to us.

Disclaimers; No Warranties by FLIPPOS

13.1. THE SERVICE AND ALL MATERIALS AND CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING SUGGESTIONS, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND ON AN “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. FLIPPOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THE SERVICE AND ALL MATERIALS AND CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING: (a) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT; AND (b) ANY WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE.

FLIPPOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICE, OR ANY MATERIALS OR CONTENT OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING SUGGESTIONS, WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, AND FLIPPOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY OF THOSE ISSUES WILL BE CORRECTED.

13.2. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM THE SERVICE OR FLIPPOS ENTITIES OR ANY MATERIALS OR CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING SUGGESTIONS, WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY REGARDING ANY OF THE FLIPPOS ENTITIES OR THE SERVICE THAT IS NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY RESULT FROM THE SERVICE AND YOUR DEALING WITH ANY OTHER SERVICE USER. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU USE ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR PROPERTY (INCLUDING YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR MOBILE DEVICE USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE) OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, INCLUDING USER CONTENT.

Limitation of Liability

OUR APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR APPLICATION.
